Note: These Terms and Conditions cover the use of the A Team Printing website (ateamprinting.com.au) and the ChatGPT-powered assistant embedded on or linked from that website. They do not constitute a supply contract for printing or graphic design services. Any printing, copying, graphic design, or related job accepted by A Team Printing Pty Ltd is governed by a separate quote and/or job agreement issued at the time of order.
1 Website and ChatGPT Services
A Team Printing Pty Ltd (“we“, “us“, “our“) operates the website at ateamprinting.com.au (the “Website“) to provide information about our commercial printing, digital printing, offset printing, graphic design, copying, scanning, large-format printing, packaging, and related services (collectively, the “Services“).
The Website includes an AI-powered chat assistant built on the OpenAI ChatGPT platform (the “ChatGPT App“). The ChatGPT App is available to help visitors with:
- General enquiries about A Team Printing’s products and services, including digital printing, offset printing, Iridesse specialty printing, graphic design, and large-format printing;
- Guidance on print specifications, file preparation, paper types, colour profiles, bleed and trim requirements, and finishing options;
- Information on how to obtain a quote, submit artwork files, or get in touch with the A Team Printing team;
- General information about turnaround times, delivery options, and the production process; and
- Directing visitors to the appropriate page, product, or team member for their enquiry.
By accessing or using the Website or the ChatGPT App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms“). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the ChatGPT App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or ChatGPT App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.
2 Eligibility
By using the Website or the ChatGPT App, you represent and warrant that:
- You are aged 13 years or older;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Australia and, where applicable, the jurisdiction in which you are located; and
- If you are using the Website or ChatGPT App on behalf of a business, organisation, or other entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to “you” include that entity.
Our Website and ChatGPT App are intended primarily for use by business customers, account holders, and authorised representatives engaging with A Team Printing for commercial printing and design services. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements above, you must not use the Website or ChatGPT App.
3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The ChatGPT App uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to your queries. You acknowledge and agree that:
- All responses provided by the ChatGPT App are for general informational and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute a binding quote, a formal offer, a contract, or a confirmed order for any product or service provided by A Team Printing Pty Ltd;
- AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for purchasing or business decisions;
- Pricing, availability, turnaround times, and product specifications referenced in any ChatGPT App response are indicative only. Confirmed pricing and specifications are provided solely through a formal written quote issued by A Team Printing Pty Ltd;
- No employee, agent, or AI system of A Team Printing Pty Ltd has authority to enter into a binding contract on our behalf via the ChatGPT App; and
- A Team Printing Pty Ltd does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated response.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded by agreement.
4 Acceptable Use of the ChatGPT App
When using the ChatGPT App, you agree that you will:
- Use the ChatGPT App only for lawful purposes related to enquiring about or obtaining information in connection with A Team Printing’s products and services;
- Not submit any sensitive personal information through the ChatGPT App, including but not limited to financial account details, government-issued identification numbers, health information, or passwords;
- Not use the ChatGPT App for any unlawful purpose, including to transmit or generate content that is defamatory, harassing, misleading, offensive, or otherwise unlawful under Australian law;
- Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the ChatGPT App;
- Not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the ChatGPT App or the underlying OpenAI platform;
- Not use the ChatGPT App to generate content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party; and
- Not use automated scripts, bots, or other means to interact with the ChatGPT App at scale without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the ChatGPT App at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are using the ChatGPT App in a manner that may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties.
5 Third-Party Services
The ChatGPT App is powered by the OpenAI ChatGPT platform, a third-party artificial intelligence service operated by OpenAI, L.L.C. (“OpenAI“). By using the ChatGPT App, you acknowledge that:
- Your inputs (the text or content you submit to the ChatGPT App) will be transmitted to and processed by OpenAI in accordance with OpenAI’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available at openai.com/policies;
- A Team Printing Pty Ltd does not control OpenAI’s systems, infrastructure, or data-handling practices, and is not responsible for OpenAI’s processing of your information;
- The availability of the ChatGPT App is dependent on OpenAI’s platform availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the ChatGPT App; and
- The Website may also contain links to other third-party websites for your convenience. A Team Printing Pty Ltd does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any linked third-party website.
We encourage you to review OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use before submitting any information through the ChatGPT App.
6 User Content
“User Content” means any text, files, artwork, images, data, or other material you submit, upload, or otherwise provide to us via the Website or the ChatGPT App, including artwork files submitted for printing jobs and messages entered into the ChatGPT App.
By submitting User Content, you:
- Represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to submit the User Content and to grant the licence below;
- Represent and warrant that the User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party;
- Grant A Team Printing Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, store, transmit, and process your User Content solely for the purposes of: (a) providing the Services and ChatGPT App to you; (b) operating, maintaining, and improving our Website and ChatGPT App; and (c) complying with our legal and security obligations; and
- Acknowledge that A Team Printing Pty Ltd does not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for any purpose beyond those listed above.
You remain solely responsible for all User Content you submit. A Team Printing Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove or refuse any User Content that we reasonably determine violates these Terms or applicable law.
7 Limitation of Liability for AI Content
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A Team Printing Pty Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors will not be liable for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your reliance on any AI-generated response provided by the ChatGPT App;
- Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any content generated by the ChatGPT App;
- Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the ChatGPT App or the Website;
- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or
- Any other matter relating to the ChatGPT App or the Website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where legislation implies a guarantee that cannot be excluded, our liability for any breach of that guarantee is limited, to the extent permitted by law, at our option, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having that service resupplied.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of A Team Printing Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law and applicable international treaties. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Website content without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trade mark, service mark, logo, or brand name of A Team Printing Pty Ltd.
9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
10 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website or ChatGPT App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the Website and ChatGPT App.
