  • ChatGPT interaction data: text inputs you submit to our ChatGPT-powered assistant on our website (see Section 11 for full details).

11.1 How Interaction Data is Handled

When you use the ChatGPT assistant, the text inputs you submit are transmitted to and processed by OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) via their API. OpenAI processes these inputs to generate responses in accordance with their own privacy policy and terms of service, available at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.

We encourage you not to submit sensitive personal information (such as financial account details, health information, or government identification numbers) through the ChatGPT assistant.

Conversational data from your use of the ChatGPT assistant is not permanently stored by A Team Printing unless retention is necessary for support, security investigation, or legal compliance purposes. Standard conversational data is retained for a maximum of 30 days before deletion.

By using the ChatGPT assistant, you acknowledge that your inputs will be processed by OpenAI subject to their privacy policy and that data may be processed outside Australia.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our website and ChatGPT application are available to users aged 13 and older for informational purposes. Our printing and graphic design services are contracted with property owners, account holders and authorised business representatives.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the details in Section 2 so we can take appropriate action.
