At A Team Printing, it is important to us to not only support a good cause but to provide local businesses with the backing they deserve to truly make a mark. This year, we sponsored Authentic Wine Brands, which has just won the ‘Best Marketing Award’ in the Belmont & Western Australian Small Business Awards. Who are Authentic Wine Brands?
Authentic Wine Brands was established to represent and build brands with soul. The specific type of brands that Authentic Wine Brands works with have a story and are authentic in their quality, mission and delivery.
Authentic Wine Brands was founded by Mark Leake, who has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years covering many areas including managing and owning restaurants, wine sales and distribution, marketing and brand ambassadorship.
Mark has worked for distribution companies as well as for family-owned wineries. Mark’s local and international experience includes Singlefile Wines, Pol Roger Champagne, Laurent Perrier Champagne, Yalumba, McHenry Hohen, Vasse Felix and Brown Brothers.
With a strong network both locally and nationally, over the past 12 months, Authentic Wine Brands have delivered robust representation for many of their brands as they moved into the recovery phase from the COVID-19 pandemic.
What is the award?
The Belmont & Western Australian Small Business Awards are coordinated by the Belmont Business Enterprise Centre Inc. (Belmont BEC), a not-for-profit community organisation that provides business webinars, workshops, mentoring and guidance to persons wishing to start or grow their business both within the Belmont region, state-wide and nationally. It is a great night to celebrate WA entrepreneurs, small businesses, and organisations to applaud what they have accomplished. Invitation to the event is extended to the community, colleagues, friends and families of finalists to attend the ‘Night of Stars’. Each finalist attending was presented with a certificate on stage.
