Letterhead FAQs
What file format should I supply my artwork in?
PDF is our preferred format, it keeps fonts, colours and layout locked in exactly as designed, which means fewer surprises at print time. If you don’t have a print-ready file, that’s fine, our design team can build one for you.
Can you design my letterhead for me, or do I need to supply artwork?
Either works. Send us your existing logo and branding and we’ll build a letterhead around it, or if you’re starting from nothing, our in-house design team can create one from scratch.
What paper stock do you recommend?
It depends on how the letterhead will be used. Everyday bond stock suits internal documents and high-volume printing, while a heavier, premium stock is worth it for client-facing correspondence like proposals and formal letters. We’re happy to talk through what’s right for your business.
Will my brand colours print consistently?
Yes. We work with CMYK and Pantone colours and provide a digital proof before anything goes to print, so you can check your colours match before we run the job.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No set minimum. Smaller runs are printed digitally, and larger volumes move to offset printing to bring the per-unit cost down, so we can accommodate a top-up order just as easily as a full stationery rollout.
Do I need to include my ABN or ACN on my letterhead?
How long does letterhead printing take?
It depends on the run size and finish, but we work to your deadline, not ours. If it’s urgent, let us know when you get in touch and we’ll do what we can to make it happen.
Can I see examples before I order?

What are your artwork specifications?
Make sure any fonts are embedded in your PDF or converted to outlines, images are saved as CMYK or greyscale at no less than 150dpi, and spot colours are specified using Pantone (PMS) references. Supplied PDFs need crop marks and a minimum of 3mm bleed. If that sounds like a lot, don’t worry, just send us what you’ve got and we’ll sort the rest out.
