11. AI Tool Interaction Data
Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant (the “AI Chat Assistant”). It is designed to help visitors with questions about A Team Printing’s products and services, including:
- Enquiries about printing options such as digital printing, offset printing, large format, graphic design, business cards, brochures, posters, flyers, signage, packaging and stationery.
- General guidance on print specifications, file formats, turnaround times and finishing options.
- Directing users to request a quote or contact our team for specific project requirements.
The AI Chat Assistant is automated software, not a member of our team. Its responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are general information only. They do not constitute a binding quote, contract or formal commitment by A Team Printing. For a confirmed quote or order, please contact us directly.
11.1 How Interaction Data is Handled
When you use the AI Chat Assistant, the conversation is recorded. We collect the messages you send, the assistant’s responses, the date and time of the conversation, any contact details you choose to provide, and information about how you reached our website, such as the page that referred you, any campaign tags in the link, and technical session details. We use this to answer your question, pass your enquiry to the right person, follow up where you have asked us to, and to review what visitors ask so we can fix gaps in the assistant’s answers and improve their accuracy.
The AI Chat Assistant is provided by HighLevel (HighLevel LLC / LeadConnector LLC), which stores conversations in our customer relationship platform and uses its own sub-processors, including artificial intelligence providers such as OpenAI, to generate responses (see Section 6). Cloudflare Turnstile sits in front of the assistant to filter spam and automated traffic, and therefore also sees visitor traffic to it. Conversations can be read by our team and by the service providers who help us operate the assistant.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as financial account details, health information, or government identification numbers) through the AI Chat Assistant.
We retain AI Chat Assistant conversations for 12 months, then delete them. You can ask us to access or delete your conversation at any time using the contact details in Section 2.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our website and AI Chat Assistant are available to users aged 13 and older for informational purposes. Our printing and graphic design services are contracted with property owners, account holders and authorised business representatives.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the details in Section 2 so we can take appropriate action.
13. Your Rights
Subject to the applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal information:
13.1 Access
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. We will respond to access requests within a reasonable time (generally 30 days). We may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of providing access in some circumstances.
13.2 Correction
If you believe personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or misleading, you may request that we correct it. We will take reasonable steps to correct the information or, where we disagree, to note your request alongside the record.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, please contact us using the details in Section 2.
13.7 GDPR Rights (EU/UK Residents)
If you are located in the EU or UK, you may also have the right to object to processing, to restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful bases for processing personal information include: performance of a contract (to fulfil your order), compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests (to operate our business and prevent fraud), and consent (for marketing communications).
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact our Privacy Officer using the details in Section 2. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
14. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside Australia. In particular, our CRM and AI Chat Assistant are provided by HighLevel, which processes and stores data in the United States, with support access from India. Cloudflare, which protects the AI Chat Assistant against spam and automated traffic, and our analytics providers may also process data in the United States. When we transfer personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the overseas recipient handles information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 8).
By providing your personal information and using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to overseas recipients as described in this Policy.
15. Data Breach Notification
We are subject to the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Part IIIC). In the event of an eligible data breach — that is, a breach likely to result in serious harm to one or more individuals — we will:
- Conduct a prompt assessment of the breach.
